Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Policies
• Please note all rates, where ever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change without notice.
One night's payment is the only way to lock in a price.

• A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are due within 7 days from the date a reservation is made. Reservations made less than 10 days from arrival must be guaranteed with a credit card which will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Deposit requirements are: full rate for 1-7 nights and 2 night's rate for 8-30 nights.
• Full refund for cancellations made 30 days in advance.
• 10% cancellation charge 15-30 days before arrival.
• 25% cancellation charge up to 7-14 days before arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check in is 3:00 PM Belize time. Early check in can be requested and granted as rooms become available. Check out is 12
noon Belize time.
